Contact details, what you tell us about your business when you enquire, call and message data including recordings where enabled, booking details, and technical data such as IP address and usage analytics. We use it to respond to your enquiry and provide the service, to operate and improve it, to take payment, and to send marketing where you have asked for it or where the law allows.
We advertise on Meta platforms and our website carries the Meta pixel, which reports activity such as page views and form submissions back to Meta so we can measure and target advertising. Where you complete an enquiry form inside one of our adverts, Meta collects your answers and passes them to us.
Under UK GDPR you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and ask for portability. Email info@theaigency.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
