The terms you agree to when you use The AIgency services, covering what we provide, your responsibilities, payment and minimum terms, cancellation, acceptable use, liability and governing law.
Fees are shown at checkout and may be recurring. Some plans run on a minimum term, which is stated on the page for that plan before you sign up. Late or failed payments may pause or limit access until resolved.
Plans sold on a monthly rolling basis can be cancelled at any time. Plans sold on a minimum term run to the end of that term and then continue monthly until cancelled. If we fail to meet agreed service standards within the first 30 days, we will work to resolve the issues or offer an appropriate remedy.
The services are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific business outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
